 Yes, Bob Marley did convert to Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity towards the end of his life. He was baptized by Archbishop Abuna Yesehaq in November 1980, receiving the name Berhane Selassie. This occurred shortly before his death in May 1981. 

While Marley was a prominent figure in the Rastafarian movement, his conversion to Christianity is a documented fact. His wife, Rita, and their children were present at the baptism.
