Self explanatory title. I abhor that nicey nicey, politically correct, pseudo-Christianity which almost always supports leftwing attitudes - which in most cases are profoundly anti-Gospel. This Blog supports persecuted Christians. This Blog exposes cults. This Blog opposes junk science. UPDATED DAILY. This is not a forum. This Blog supports truly Christian websites and aids their efforts. It is hardhitting and unashamedly evangelical so if it offends - please do not come to this site!

Immigrants - Where's The Issue?
Don't blame immigrants for ills of society, says Catholic church as Nichols voices 'dismay' that it is an issue for election.
Cardinal Vincent Nichols, the Archbishop of Westminster, insisted parts of Britain would 'grind to a halt' without immigrants, the vast majority of whom 'work hard and make a very positive contribution'. Mail.
I suspect that the cardinal is not all that intellectually sharp. Yet another famous person who cannot tell the simple difference between immigrants and future immigration!
Boris Nemtsov.
Boris Nemtsov's assassination has made the world a more dangerous place - particularly in nations where the liberal elite have demanded that Armed Forces must be pared to the bone! (Like ours, for example!)
Where Are The Trade Unions Hiding? - Behind Leftist Dogma?
Jobs prospects of workers have been severely damaged by unfettered
immigration. UKIP is actually standing up for these workers - is anyone
else?
Brave and True!
To British readers I must explain that this term from the USA effectively means those who are not part of the liberal elite. Tories they certainly ain't!
Political Leaders.
Two-thirds of the laws passed by Britain’s parliament over the past 22 years have either been made or influenced by the European Union, according to a study.
An analysis of the laws made between 1993 and 2014 found that 64.7 per cent carried the fingerprints of Brussels.
The study, by the Eurosceptic campaign group Business for Britain, found that 59.3 per cent of the total are regulations – binding EU laws which must be accepted by member states without modification. Some 49,699 have been enacted.

So. This being the case, let us ask which of the political leaders in the UK has been nearest to the mark when explaining the point to the electorate. Step forward - wait for it - NIGEL FARAGE!
Defeat To Sri Lanka Was Execrable.
I am running out of adjectives (polite ones, anyway) to describe England's performances in The World Cup. Yesterday, the batsmen were better than competent in the target set and gave hope for victory. The bowlers then threw it away. If you cannot bowl a consistent line and length - why are you a Test cricketer?
History Tells Us That The 'Peace Dividend' Does Not Exist!
Stop cutting troops, US tells Britain: Army chief admits he is 'very concerned' reductions will diminish ability to fight future campaigns
Head of the US Army General Raymond Odierno has warned he is 'very concerned' that cuts to Britain's defence spending could diminish the UK's ability to fight future campaigns. Mail.

Did Anybody Notice ...
... that when the England players were on the field for the national anthem last night, neither Eoin Morgan nor Moeen Ali sang the national anthem? As an Irishman, this can be seen as reasonable but does bring into question using foreigners in an England team. As for Ali - I thought he was supposed to be British!
Lazarus - Is This What Happened Next?
Lazarus on the front porch in Bethany. John 12:9-11.
Brought back from the grave after four days of bodily decomposing, the
man of Bethany required no book tour or television crew to attract a crowd. He
sat on the front porch in a rocking chair–that’s how I figure it, at any rate–so
that people arriving in Jerusalem for Passover streamed out the Eastern Gate,
down the Kidron Valley, and over the Mount of Olives for a glimpse of the man
dead four days! No one had ever seen such a thing. The crowds kept
coming.
He was quite the attraction. Lazarus was the talk of the town. And as a
result, Jesus was the Man of the hour.
Many believed on Jesus because a man sat on his porch doing nothing but
smiling. Lazarus was Exhibit A of Jesus’ power over death, hell, and the
grave.
Ya gotta love it. (In some ways–but different, of course–the Lord wants
you and me to be Exhibit A of His power to change lives. See I Peter
2:9-10.)
The enemies of our Lord were infuriated and came to a decision: they had
to do something quick to put a stop to the Man of Galilee.
“Let’s kill Lazarus.” Seriously. That’s what they decided.
What a one-track mind these guys had. Jesus had already demonstrated that
tactic didn’t work any more. But death is the big gun in the enemy’s arsenal.
Rob him of that and he is powerless.
Lazarus laughed. When will the enemy ever get it? (Answer: He still
hasn’t. All over the world, God’s faithful are being martyred for their
faithfulness to Jesus. The archenemy of all that is holy still thinks if he can
kill enough believers, everyone else will be frightened into submission. But
there is an elementary law of physics Satan never has learned: Fire burns
brighter under pressure.)
