Mole-In-The-Know has learned that apparently, the European Union is gifting Lord Mandelson £8,600 a month from its tax-payer-filled coffers.I understand that this is called 'a transitional allowance'.
I am sure that we shall all happily agree that this is probably as good a way as any for disbursing our hard-earned taxes.
