Are insurance companies unfair?

Are car insurance companies unfair?
In what they charge - of course.

Are they unfair between men and women? - Of course not!

They work from actuarial rates and NOTHING can be more neutral than that. Welome to the idiotic world of the so-called Charter of Human Rights which is part of the reprehensible Lisbon Treaty as they interfere to mess around with premiums for women drivers.
