In the UK we come up with schemes like this one when our treatment of dealers is already soft in the extreme. In the UK we have massive drugs problems. In Singapore they hang dealers and do not have these drugs problems. Is there anything that could be learned here, I wonder? I am not actually advocating the execution of low level dealers but I just wish that the liberal left would begin to appreciate the damage they cause to our society and have done since World War Two.
