No,Judge, No,Judge. No,Judge, NO!

'A ‘vindictive’ carer who slapped a 95-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s round the head and tormented another 86-year-old sufferer was jailed for nine months yesterday.
Dawn Heaney, 38, attacked Doris Reddaway as she  sat in her wheelchair and forced Philip Plackett to drink tea laced with vinegar and sugar.'
Can we really feel that justice has been done when this poisonous individual will go to prison for around 10 -12 weeks?
Why did the Judge, Philip Head, not stick his neck out and give her five years? - Afraid you'd be criticised? Concerned that it might be reduced on appeal?
MORAL WEAKNESS!
Whenever a feeble punishment is imposed for a heinous crime, it makes a statement that the offence was 'only trivial'.
