'Foxy Knoxy.'

The Italian appeals court that cleared Amanda Knox over the murder of British student Meredith Kercher has given the reasons for its ruling.
It said the evidence that had been used by a lower court to convict the American and her Italian boyfriend of murder did not hold up. (Huffington Post.)
Unconvinced as I am of the innocence of Amanda Knox - it has to be stated that the right decision was clearly taken. All the ducks should be in a row when guilt is established in courts.
As a magistrate - I often gave 'not guilty verdicts' in such circumstances.
