Fly The Flag. Why Not?

The display of a national flag of any country does not require consent under Schedule 2 Class 1 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulation providing: a) each flag is to be displayed on a single vertical flagstaff and b) neither the flag nor the flagstaff may display any advertisement or subject matter additional to the design of the flag.” (Thanks Mr Denton!)
