Azerbaijan: pastor arrested in church raid.

A church meeting in the home of a village pastor 450km from the capital Baku was raided by police on Wednesday, according to our partners in Azerbaijan.
Ten officers took Pastor Hamid Shabanov and another Christian, Ramiz, to the police station and confiscated all the religious books and other materials that were in the house.
The pair were later released but police are checking all the materials to decide if any further action can be taken against them.
Please pray that God would guard Hamid and his church and that the police who read the materials would be touched by the truth of the gospel.
