UKIP has soared to its highest poll rating in the wake of the fostering scandal. An exclusive YouGov poll for The Sun put the party on 11 per cent — up from eight per cent just two weeks ago.It comes as a huge boost ahead of tomorrow’s by-election in Rotherham, where a UKIP-supporting couple had their three foster kids taken away by the town’s Labour-run council and where the party hopes to win its first Commons seat.
