Children Better Off In Care?

Michael Gove: 'MORE children should be taken into care to stop them suffering 'a life of soiled nappies, scummy baths, chaos and hunger'
Clearly, he fails to understand how wretched and undisciplined are our children's homes in the UK. I have spoken to workers who have HORROR tales to tell of feral children developing against a backcloth of drugtaking, pimps and street-wandering in the early hours.
What is more, those choosing to walk out at 1-30 am are allowed to do so as no physical restraints may be employed.
Not all are this bad - many are.
The other problem is that to stem the kind of abuse described we'd probably need to open at least two new homes in every council area.
