The increasingly ridiculous, indeed dangerous, Ken Clarke has stated that it would be ‘ludicrous’ for David Cameron to go to the next European summit intending to veto a deal on the EU’s budget. He is wedded to an idiotic utopian ideal in which he cannot grasp the realities of either the EU - or, if we admit it - to much else either!
