NEETS.

NEET is a government acronym for people currently "not in education, employment, or training".
There should be no such thing! There should not be any benefits which are not worked for.
It is unconscionable that young people opt out of improving their opportunities for future employment via education. It trains young people into 'summat for nowt' thinking!
