Francis Crick.

The famous molecular biologist, Francis Crick, who led the research which uncovered the double helix of DNA had certain problems with his momentous discovery.
He found that it was impossible to rationalise the complexity of molecular biology in any way with natural selection whose limitations are clear to all who dare to think.
He also realised that mutations could not 'do the job' and that there are parameters in natural selection - barriers if you will - that just cannot be crossed.
Tragically, he chose not to embrace the possibility of Genesis 1:1 and preferred to talk to his inner circle about 'intelligent aliens'. Sigh!
In my life, if there is one thing which has totally staggered me, it is the crass stupidity of so many intelligent people!
As far as I know - he died back in 2004 without ever having learned a truth which could so easily have been tested. Just by taking a leap of faith and seeing where it would take him, he could have experienced a reality which would have transcended all of his dramatic scientific studies.
We must always remember one thing - all science can ever do is to try to uncover and perchance duplicate what God has already put in place.

Thinking.
