Landlord Insurance.

I own a house in a local village which I rent out to a lady with three children and which is basically paid for by Barnsley Council. She looks after the house quite well.
A certain insurer has been advertising Landlord Insurance everywhere with 'better deals promised'.
I rang them on Friday and was asked a series of questions and once established that my tenant was unemployed - they simply refused to insure me!
Disgraceful.
