Justice and righteousness are not about: being nice to wrongdoers; nor being soft on crime; nor using folly as your mainstay in dealing with others.
Justice and righteousness are actually about: fairness and evenhandedness whilst considering the bigger picture as much as having love for individuals.
It is a tricky balance. Far too many leftists have yet to realise that there even is a balance to be achieved!
