New National Insurance Numbers - A Giant Clue!

New national insurance numbers have been gifted willy-nilly to foreigners at an annual rate of between 600,000 and 700,000 for the past three years, far higher than the official rate of immigration.
The more suspicious amongst us might wonder about the reasons for such a discrepancy! - Incidentally, that comes to TWO MILLION in just three years of Tory Government!
