On the 50th anniversary of The great Train Robbery I note that the man released very early from prison becuse he was apparently 'sick unto death' is keeping on going at 84.
How nice too to note his avowed 'pride' in the event - even though it resulted in a train driver's death!
36 years on the run he was only returned to prison 12 years ago - and he has been out for the last four.
My contempt for this foul individual knows few bounds - but as a Christian I shall still pray earnestly for his redemption. We have to try to love those who are tainted with evil. This of course, does not mean that I think that he should have wriggled out of his earthly punishmnent.
