Bail Absurdity.

Mole-In-The-Know has pointed out to me that
somebody convicted recently of manslaughter in a local court is, of course, facing inevitable custody.
For reasons too obvious to outline bail could not possibly be granted.
The man concerned has been released on bail until his sentencing.
