Employment Tribunals.

Since workers have been told to pay up to £1,200 in order to take a cases to an employment tribunal, the number of cases has declined by more than 55 per cent.
BRILLIANT NEWS! Now, fewer try-on-merchants will dare to push the point. The abuse of these tribunals has been truly horrendous.
The only remaining problems are with  those who can afford to 'fly a kite' and 'no-win-no fee solicitors' who so often undermine the principles of justice.
I have been in the midst of situations where the culpable have used tribunals or threatened their use and it can go against all that is honest and true!
We NEED them but only for those who are actual victims of bad employers. Too many good bosses have been caught up because of a very poor system!
