He is speaking in London on the evening of 28^th May. The Economic Research Council is hosting a debate between Charles Grant, director of the Centre for European Reform, and myself, this time under the title, "Is the British Economy Better Off In or Out of the EU?". The venue is the Royal Overseas League, Park Place, St. James's Street, London, SW1A 1LR, with the meeting advertised as 6.30 pm for 7 pm. You will need a ticket.
