Civil Liberties.

There is a significant distinction between the understanding of the term 'civil rights' by UKIP and the LibLabCon.The former wishes to protect the rights of the ordinary, law-abiding individual to live a life uninterrupted by unnecessary government interference.  The latter believes in 'punish all to get at the few' whilst granting maximum 'rights' to those who are anti-social backed up by the wicked ECHR.
