ISIS Killers.

Is there anyone, with a heart for justice, who can still insist that imprisonment is always an acceptable disposal for killers in the light of the cold, clinical, vile butchery of good people by ISIS? This Blog is aware that martyrs must not be created and recently gave suggestions as to how this might be achieved. Even now - I still pray for redemption for these most evil of men.
