National Call To Prayer.

Message from Pastor Jonathan Oloyede, Convenor of the National Day of Prayer and Worship
Earnest Greetings,
As the daily news on our TV screens continue unabated with horrifying tales of violence, murders, wars, terror and fear, I sense in my spirit the need to call the church nationally to the Altar of PRAYER.
Starting from this weekend and for the next two weeks, the UK will be receiving and hosting hundreds of South Koreans coming specifically to pray for and with us the British Church.
They will be travelling in teams from London to 30 regions, towns and cities to weep and cry out in prayer with local churches for the Land.
I urge you wherever you live or work to join us physically or in spirit to pray into local, national and international challenges. THIS IS AN URGENT CALL TO PRAYER!
I call on all church leaders to continue the good practice of using their Sunday services and midweek meetings to lead congregations in earnest prayer.
Next week, we will be offering a list of prayer meetings, prayer walks, night vigils and intercessory gatherings taking place as part of the Prayer Mission, finishing with us all coming together at The Emmanuel Centre for two nights of corporate prayer on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th September.
May His Kingdom Come!

Shalom
