NO Scottish MPs To Vote On Purely English Issues.

Well. The Scots have had their moment of glory and now it is time for 'Dave' to make good on his promises to the English. It is wholly wrong that Scottish MPs be permitted to vote on matters which affect the English - but not themselves. Talk is cheap. Act now, Mr C!
