Public Toilets.

Kingston Upon Hull. Toilets which are a MUST if you ever visit the city.                                                    

The Victorians were way ahead of us. There are just nine public toilets in all of Sheffield - with a population of half a million. I believe that I am correct when I state that there are NONE in my postcode. Just what are councils for? (Sheffield Star feature.)
