Two doctors filmed offering 'gender-abortion' will both now face criminal charges in the Crown Court thanks to a rare private prosecution brought by Aisling Hubert and supported by the Christian Legal Centre. On Monday, Birmingham Magistrates' Court granted a summons against Dr Palaniappan Rajmohan and ordered him to appear before the Crown Court in May. Another doctor, Dr Prabha Sivaraman is due to appear at Manchester Crown Court next Friday. Christian Concern.
