Two doctors filmed offering 'gender-abortion'
will both now face criminal charges in the Crown Court thanks to a rare private
prosecution brought by Aisling Hubert and supported by the Christian Legal
Centre. On Monday, Birmingham Magistrates' Court granted a summons against Dr
Palaniappan Rajmohan and ordered him to appear before the Crown Court in May.
Another doctor, Dr Prabha Sivaraman is due to appear at Manchester Crown Court
