Full Fiscal Autonomy.

The Scots want whatever it is that the Scots want but let us remember two important things. The Scots are grossly over-represented at Westminster AND they take an unfair proportion of our taxes because of the absurd Barnett Formula. The time has come for the West Lothian Question to be addressed and 'Full Fiscal Autonomy' to be granted to them. This would mean a huge saving to the rest of the UK - and whatever squawking you would hear - this is the only equitable way forward. (They can afford to use OUR money to fund university places for Scots when we cannot afford it for Welsh, English and Irish students.)
The present system is like a child who has left home but insists that its parents are still responsible for funding him/her. If responsibility and equality is not requested, then it must be imposed.
