Norwegians and Swiss Are Not In EU.

The 25 happiest, healthiest and richest countries in the world have been revealed - and Norway comes out on top. Switzerland comes in second.
The Legatum Institute, a think tank based in London, has released its annual Prosperity Index - a survey that ranks the most prosperous countries in the world.

It is surely impossible to ignore the glaring fact that neither of these prosperous nations is in the EU!
