Votes For 16 Year Olds Scam.

Of course, the out and out europhiles want 16 year olds voting in the referendum - these are the people fresh from receiving all the EU propaganda sent by the bucketload into our schools! The Tories, however,  have enough people who are not especially europhile to see through the plot. For Lib Dems and Labour in the Lords - there are no such constraints.
