THE mutual back slapping at the conclusion of Paris climate change jamboree was nauseous in the extreme. We are told by the believers that climate change is down to human activity. I will accept that. No mention in the agreement about the breeding habits of human beings which must have a bearing. UN figures indicate the world’s population has trebled in 60 years and shows no sign of slowing down.
