Big business leaders have today signed a letter calling for the UK to stay in the EU, despite the fact
that the PM’s deal does nothing to help British business. These big corporations
are heavily regulated by the EU and have spent millions lobbying EU politicians
to get the rules made in their favour. They have also received huge grants from
Brussels, so it is no surprise they want to stay in the EU.
However, it is telling how few businesses have responded to Downing Street’s
call to sign up. Last week it was reported that 80 of the FTSE 100 companies would sign the
letter, yet only 36 have.
The reality is that business is divided on the EU. Thousands of small
businesses find the EU more of a hindrance than a help, and say that rules and
regulations from Brussels make it more difficult for them to grow and create
jobs. That’s why businesspeople across the country are already saying that they
will Vote Leave on 23 June.
Self explanatory title. I abhor that nicey nicey, politically correct, pseudo-Christianity which almost always supports leftwing attitudes - which in most cases are profoundly anti-Gospel. This Blog supports persecuted Christians. This Blog exposes cults. This Blog opposes junk science. UPDATED DAILY. This is not a forum. This Blog supports truly Christian websites and aids their efforts. It is hardhitting and unashamedly evangelical so if it offends - please do not come to this site!
