world famous physicist speaks about the potentially habitable exoplanet Gliese
832c and speaks of intelligent life.
He said: "If intelligent life has evolved (on Gliese 832c), we should be

I have always thought this a particularly stoopid idea. If
there are such things as aliens, then we have no guarantees whatsoever that they
would not want us for food; no guarantees of benevolent behaviour; no guarantees
that they would not want to wipe us out as vermin or colonise us for the purpose
of making slaves.
It is a too great a
risk!
