I have recently watched yet another 'conspiracy theory' programme about the assassination of JFK. It seemed to rather relish the highly dubious Oliver Stone slant on the events of that November day.I am really getting fed up with minor, often alternatively explicable, events being woven into a tapestry of Hieronymus Bosch-like complexity.
A raving, treacherous marxist with multiple leftist connections did it. What could be simpler?
(Mind you, I suppose that cannot possibly be the basic truth. It must be people of the right who were responsible. A leftie would never kill a president - it is unthinkable. So as the facts do not seem to support the obvious - time to ditch the facts. Well, innit?)
