As Christians we certainly believe that anyone, however evil, can still embrace Jesus and be saved.
I do wonder however, if it is actually possible to reach a point where someone becomes so utterly steeped in evil that repentance actually becomes impossible: they become singularly incapable of repentance.
All I know for sure is that God's mercy is infinite AND we all possess free will.
