It's Groundhog Day again...the European Parliament just voted to end the Brussels-Strasbourg 'travelling circus' shuttling back and forth every month.
Means nothing, because this is pretty much the only Parliament in the world that lacks the power to decide where it sits.
BECAUSE THE ELECTED MEMBERS ARE NOT THE SOURCE OF POWER IN THE EU!
