Jason Roy's Test Batting Average.

Jason Roy's test batting average is a derisory 16.7 - and is only that high as it includes his 70+ against the test minnows from Ireland before The Ashes began.
England have literally gone in one top batsman down in each of the last eight test innings.
Had England not taken this absurd route with a limited overs, limited ability test batsman - it is quite conceivable that the Ashes would not have been lost.
I could see this before he was even selected - he is not up to playing fast bowling when there is a slip cordon in place. His technique is well below par.
The Ashes are lost - may we please see him replaced asap? He is the worst upper order batsman that I think I have seen play test cricket for England in decades.

Many Thanks GB News.
