James Abbott-Thompson (left) was arrested on Friday afternoon last week after police were called to the Foreign Office in Westminster, where he used to work. He was later charged with two counts of assault by beating an emergency services worker and a public order offence. Westminster Magistrates' Court heard on Monday that he is accused of spitting at and punching one officer and biting the thumb of another. Mail.
