Mr Phillips (left) was among 24 public figures who last year declared their refusal to vote for the Labour Party because of its association with anti-Semitism. He has now been suspended by the party's general secretary Jennie Formby over allegations of Islamophobia 'including statements about Pakistani men grooming children'.
