Leavers Rejoice!

Leavers rejoice! The Government is planning new legislation which would materially dilute part of last year’s Withdrawal Agreement (WA). The proposed Internal Market Bill (yet to be published) would apparently make the Northern Irish Protocol (NIP) unenforceable in UK courts, thereby robbing the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) of its ability to enforce the treaty via our courts.... DT.
