Note the addition of the weasel words 'from scratch' so the ever biased Beeb can ignore the incredible numbers of trade deals negotiated!
Incidentally, just how much BBC reporting of trade deals have you seen reported at all?
If great trade deals are made, the Beeb certainly does not want you to know and if reported at all, they will be classed as minor news items and will seldom make headlines.
