Texas Supreme Court deals major blow to lawsuit challenging heartbeat abortion ban.
Texas’ highest court has recommended that a lawsuit against the state’s heartbeat abortion ban should be dismissed, as state officials are not enforcing the pro-life measure. Although the case will return to the 5th Circuit, the Center for Reproductive Rights expects the challenge will be “thrown out." CP
