Does Your Church Forget To Tell You Things?

Does it mention hell?

Does it mention that, without repentance and the blood of Jesus - this is everyone's destination?

Does it teach what we are being saved from when waffling around salvation?

Does it preach against all forms of sexual sin?

Does it pretend that God is happy to just ignore sin - or imply this?

When did your church last preach on the End Times?

When was the Parable of The Sheep and Goats last preached?

In Communion - does it no longer warn us to 'examine ourselves' and never to take the emblems 'unworthily?'

Does your church teach only about God's love but forget:

Fear of the Lord?

God's wrath?

That God WILL punish the unsaved?

That God will punish unrighteousness?

Does your church make much of Christ's return and the need to prepare?

Does you church implicitly embrace the heresy of universal salvation?

When did your church last take someone to task for ongoing sinful behaviour?

Does it mention that God is 'slow to anger' but forget to point out that where sin remains - His wrath is guaranteed?

Is your church too nicey-nicey to take a public stand for God when this might attract unpleasant press coverage?

Has your church subtly adjusted to modern, secular beliefs as an 'improvement' on Bible teaching?

ARE YOU CERTAIN THAT THIS BUILDING YOU ATTEND IS ACTUALLY GOD'S CHURCH AND ACTUALLY A CENTRE OF TEACHING FOR AND OF THE GOSPEL?
