Yet in a UN vote, countries including India and China were not prepared to condemn Russia's brutal and murderous attack.
That is utterly deplorable, although it is their choice. But it is our choice to whom we give vast amounts in foreign aid.
It would be hugely popular if ministers ceased giving millions to nations that refuse to denounce the aggression, and diverted that money to assist Ukraine still more. Mail.
