Refugees and Criminals - Some Differences.

Refugees are people escaping a desperate situation - typically, war.

They are obliged to find shelter, by United Nations decree, in the nearest safe country.
If invited to a friendly nation, they are entitled to take up that offer.
By and large, the majority of those fleeing, will be: old, weak, children and mothers with a smattering of teens and middle-aged men.
That describes those who have, thus far, left Ukraine.

If we switch to The English Channel, matters are somewhat different. These so-called 'refugees' are leaving a safe country, indeed, they will have crossed a large number of safe national borders in order to invade our shores.
THEY ARE NOT REFUGEES - although, in a minority of cases, some may actually have been refugees but even these have switched status to become criminals - desperate to migrate to the country which is the softest touch in Europe.
They must never gain advantage from criminal behaviour and it should be made known by government that: 1) They will be treated as criminals. 2) They will face prosecution. 3) British patrol boats will always return them to France if engaging with them in the Channel. 4) They will never be considered refugees. 5) They will NEVER be granted refugee status if they land here. 6) They and all illegals will NEVER have their status legitimised.

Why so tough? - Simple. Criminals must NEVER benefit from criminal actions.

The biggest thing about the Channel-hoppers is that the vast majority are male and between the ages of 18 and 30. Compare that to those genuine refugees described above. The two groups could not be more different!
