Atheists and Stirrers.

Much is made of the dispute between Galileo and Christianity - except, it was, rather more specifically, the RC Church which was lacking in wisdom.

Isn't it odd that a couple of words are used to belittle the Scriptures yet we have terms which atheist scientists would and do happily employ - possibly on a regular basis?

I refer, of course, to those unscientific expressions 'sunrise and sunset'. Strictly speaking ...
