 CHINESE VISITOR CONFIRMS while she was looking at our Chinese word display re flood and Ark, she was reminded of stories her Buddhist Chinese mother used to tell her as a child. The stories told how thousands of years ago the world was destroyed by a flood that killed everything except one family who survived on a boat. When her mother told her that next time the world would be destroyed by fire, Caroline remembers being scared. Now Caroline is a Christian, and praise God her mother is also a "full on" Christian in Caroline's words. We would expect the same stories of Noah's flood to be passed down through the generations in all cultures following the dispersal of people groups from Babel but how the Chinese, (and this story had been passed down through the generations according to Caroline) knew about the Biblical claim that the next judgement will be by fire is a mystery. Creation Research.
