Good morning friends ,
I am pleased to invite you to read the latest edition of Lepra News, which is now available to read for free here.
In this issue we take a closer look at the innovative work being carried out in India and Bangladesh, to support the emotional health and wellbeing of people affected by leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF), and meet the inspirational Jeba Khatun, who has overcome her own challenges following a leprosy diagnosis, to take a leading role in supporting others within her community.
We also talk to two of Lepra's marathon runners and find out what drives them to support this important cause, and join us in our discussion with photographer Tom Bradley, following his recent trip to the tea gardens of Bangladesh, part of a project to help change perceptions of people affected by leprosy.
Wishing you a pleasant weekend 🔅
