SC Supreme Court upholds abortion ban

The South Carolina Supreme Court ruled 4-1 to uphold the state's heartbeat abortion ban. The law prohibits most abortions after a baby's heartbeat can be detected, which is around six weeks into a pregnancy. Read more.
