Legal nonprofit Alliance Defending Freedom is slamming the Biden administration's proposed federal regulations that would require employers to cover their employees' abortions. At issue is the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, which Congress passed last year. The Biden administration's proposed changes add abortion to its list of related medical conditions. ADF says such a mandate could force employers to violate their religious beliefs about abortion.
